WOD:

Complete each task in any order with rest as needed between each:

  • Row 2k for time
  • 100 Double-unders for time
  • ME: Floor Press
  • 5 min AMRAP: 15 Push-ups, 10 Pistols, 5 Pull-ups

Don’t puke in the chalk bucket.

Also- Please make sure to set the adjustment screw tightly in the jump rope- ask for help if you need! We have lost a lot of ropes lately – thanks!
